Ingredients
Blended Scotch Whisky - 1 1/2 oz
Fresh lemon juice - 1 oz
Spicy honey-ginger syrup - 1/3 oz
Single Malt Scotch (Islay) - 1/3 oz
Candied ginger with a dash of cayenne and smoked paprika - 1 piece
Ardbeg rinse - Rinse the glass
Ice - Cubes
Orange bitters - 1 dash
Fresh pineapple juice - 1/2 oz

Steps
1. Rinse the rocks glass with Ardbeg and empty out the excess.
2. Add blended Scotch, lemon juice, pineapple juice, spicy honey-ginger syrup, and orange bitters to a shaker and fill with ice.
3. Shake well and strain into the Ardbeg-rinsed glass filled with ice.
4. Float the single malt Scotch on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
5. Garnish with a piece of candied ginger sprinkled with cayenne pepper and smoked paprika.
