Fresh lemon juice - 3/4 oz
Honey-ginger syrup - 3/4 oz
Single Malt Scotch (Islay) - 1/4 oz
Candied ginger - 1 piece
Ice - Cubes

Steps
1. Add blended Scotch, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
3. Float the single malt Scotch on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
