Honey-ginger syrup - 1/2 oz
Single Malt Whiskey (Peated) - 1/4 oz
Crystallized ginger - 1 piece
Club Soda - Top up
Ice - Cubes

Steps
1. Add blended Irish whiskey, lime juice, and honey-ginger syrup to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
