Ingredients
Blended Irish Whiskey - 1 1/2 oz
Fresh lime juice - 1/4 oz
Honey-ginger syrup - 3/4 oz
Single Malt Whiskey (Peated) - 1/4 oz
Crystallized ginger - 2 pieces
Club Soda - Top up
Ice - Cubes
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes - Pinch

Steps
1. Add blended Irish whiskey, lime juice, and honey-ginger syrup to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
3. Float the single malt whiskey on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with two pieces of crystallized ginger and a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes.
