Pineapple juice - 1.5 oz
Honey syrup - 2 tsp
Thai basil leaves - 8
Mint leaves - 4
Sparkling coconut water - To top off
Ice - Cubes

Steps
1. Muddle the Thai basil, mint leaves, and honey syrup in the highball glass.
2. Add the pineapple juice.
3. Add rum and fill the glass with ice cubes.
4. Top it off with sparkling coconut water.
5. Stir well.
6. Garnish with a Thai basil sprig and a mint leaf.
