Ingredients

White rum - 2 oz
Lime juice - 1 oz
Sugar - 2 tsp
Mint leaves - 10
Soda water - To top off
Ice - Cubes

Highball glass

Steps

1. Muddle the mint leaves and sugar in the highball glass.
2. Squeeze and add the lime juice.
3. Add rum and fill the glass with ice cubes.
4. Top it off with soda water.
5. Stir well.
6. Garnish with a mint sprig.
