Ingredients

  • Dark Rum - 2 oz
  • Champagne - 3 oz
  • Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Angostura Bitters - 2 dashes
  • Ice - Cubes

Steps

  • 1. Add brown sugar and Angostura Bitters to the glass and muddle until the sugar is dissolved.
  • 2. Add dark rum over ice and stir gently.
  • 3. Top up with chilled Champagne.
  • 4. Stir lightly to mix and serve immediately.
