Tropical Twilight Tango

Ingredients

  • Light rum - 1 oz
  • Pineapple rum - 1 oz
  • Lime juice - 1/2 oz
  • Mango liqueur - 1/2 oz
  • Orgeat syrup - 1/4 oz
  • Agave syrup - 1/4 oz
  • Mint sprig - 1
  • Lime shell - 1
  • Crushed ice - Cubes

Steps

  • 1. Fill a shaker with all of the ingredients except the pineapple rum, add ice.
  • 2. Shake well and strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
  • 3. Float the pineapple rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
  • 4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime shell.
