Ingredients
Tequila - 1 oz
Lillet Blanc - 1 oz
Cointreau - 1 oz
Lemon Juice - 1/2 oz
Absinthe - 2 dashes
Vodka - 1/2 oz
Elderflower Liqueur - 1/2 oz
Orange Bitters - 2 dashes
Sparkling Water - 1 oz

Steps
1. Add all the ingredients except absinthe and sparkling water to a shaker and fill with ice.
2. Shake well and set aside.
3. Pour absinthe into the glass, swirling to coat the sides then discard the excess.
4. Strain the mixed drink into the prepared glass.
5. Top with sparkling water.
6. Garnish with a cherry or an orange zest, and a sprig of mint, depending on your preference.
