Ingredients
Gin - 2 oz
Cointreau - 0.5 oz
Fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz
Fresh lime juice - 0.25 oz
Egg white - 1
Lavender syrup - 0.25 oz
Ice - Cubes

Coupe Glass
Steps
1. Combine all the ingredients into a shaker without ice and shake vigorously (dry shake) to emulsify the egg.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a sprig of lavender or a lemon twist.
