Hot coffee - 4 oz
Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
Heavy cream - 1 oz

Steps
1. Preheat the Irish coffee glass by filling it with hot water, then emptying it.
2. Add the brown sugar and hot coffee into the glass and stir until fully dissolved.
3. Add the Irish whiskey to the glass and stir to combine.
4. Lightly whip the heavy cream just until slightly thickened (not peak forming), then pour it over the back of a spoon on top of the coffee.
