Cointreau - 0.5 oz
Fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz
Fresh orange juice - 0.5 oz
Fresh passion fruit puree - 0.25 oz
Green Chartreuse - 0.25 oz
Egg white - 1
Ice - Cubes

Steps
1. Combine all the ingredients except the Green Chartreuse into a shaker without ice and shake (dry shake) to emulsify the egg.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Gently float Green Chartreuse on the top for an aromatic finish.
